The publication obtained the court documents filed by the partygoer, stating his injuries from the fall include a fractured back which left him paralysed on the left side of his body and confined to a wheelchair as well as a fractured right ankle and a broken left wrist.

At the time, Travis, 25 - who is dating "pregnant" Kylie Jenner - issued a statement to Pitchfork that said he was "deeply concerned about the guest who was injured" and stated the musician intended to offer him "support".

The paralysed partygoer claims in the court filing that people began leaping from the balcony into the crowd when Travis encouraged them to jump from the platform and crowd surf.

"I see you, but are you gon’ do it," the rapper was reported to have asked a fan at the time. "They gon’ catch you; don’t be scared!"
