Filmmaker accuses Kevin Spacey of harassment
The fallout for Kevin Spacey continues, with another man speaking out and claiming the actor acted inappropriate towards him during a night out.
Filmmaker Tony Montana has claimed the 58-year-old House of Cards star "groped" him at LA bar Coronet Pub back in 2003, telling RadarOnline andFox News that Kevin followed him into the restrooms where he made unwanted advances towards him.
Tony was in his 30s when the alleged harassment occurred.
"People react differently to trauma," he told the publications. "With what happened to me was an immediate form of helplessness. The bar was my safe place. This person of out nowhere, who I know is famous, who is misbehaving and has a license to misbehave and this is happening to me."
"I was in a horror movie. No one could see it... I used to compete in mixed martial arts. [I] pulled his thumb back. He then followed me into the rest room and he followed me in. It was all very strange."
Tony added the American Beauty Oscar winner "was telling me to come with him, to leave the bar" after Kevin allegedly put his hand on Tony's crotch and told him, "This designates ownership".
He added that he decided to step forward and speak out against the actor after actor Anthony Rapp came forward earlier this week claiming Kevin acted inappropriate towards him and sexually harassment him at a party in the late 80s when he was 14 years old.
“I want people to know," Tony added. "I considered it into my decision that Spacey might try to sue but this is more important to get this out."
Tony's claims come after Kevin took to his Twitter account earlier this week to apologise to fellow actor and Broadway star Anthony Rapp, who claims Spacey made sexual advances on him when he was a young teenager.
Rapp, who is now 46-years-old, told Buzzfeed News that Spacey invited him to his New York City apartment party back in 1986, when they were both working in Broadway shows.
Spacey would have been 26-years-old at the time and Rapp claims Spacey drunkenly climbed on top of him in bed and “tried to seduce” him.
Following Kevin's statement, celebrities and Twitter users slammed the Oscar-winner for trying to “deflect” from the allegations, by revealing details about his sexuality.
Kevin's hit Netflix show House of Cards has since been cancelled.
