In 2004, while she was still an aspiring actress, Olivia had delivered food to the set of Ratner’s movie After the Sunset, the director allegedly masturbated in front of her as she dropped off his meal.

“I’ve made specific, conscientious choice not to work with Brett Ratner,” the 37-year-old told the outlet.

Martin Singer, Ratner’s attorney, has “categorically” denied the claims on behalf of the 48-year-old director.

“I have represented Mr. Ratner for two decades, and no woman has ever made a claim against him for sexual misconduct or sexual harassment,” he told the Los Angeles Times. “Furthermore, no woman has ever requested or received any financial settlement from my client.”
