He's single and ready to mingle and best friends with former Bachelorette star Sasha Mielczarek, but Kris Smith insists he won't be the next Bachelor.
Speaking to Be at the 2017 Derby Day in Melbourne on Saturday, the 39-year-old model said he "appreciates" what the Channel Ten reality show stands for, but dating a string of women on national TV is not his forte.
"No definitely not. I can squash that rumour right now, I won’t be The Bachelor," he said, but added, "I appreciate all it stands for".
Rumours have been swirling as of late that Dannii Minogue's ex would be following in the footsteps of Tim Robards and Matty J as the Bachelor in 2018.
But Kris is yet to hear from Channel Ten and the production company involved.
"They’ve not actually directly asked me," he told Be.
The hunk, who was seen mingling in the Myer marquee at Flemington Racecourse, also confirmed he's not in a relationship after splitting from Maddy King.
He was also quick to deny a romance with stunning model Monika Clarke, who he's been pictured with recently.
"Monika and I have been friends. She was one of the first people I met when I arrived in Australia back nine years ago," he said.
"We’ve always been friends and that’s all it’s ever been. She’s a beautiful girl, gorgeous girl, but we’ve only ever been friends."
