Sophie Monk breaks silence on Stu Laundy: 'We've broken up'
Bachelorette star Sophie Monk has finally addressed those split rumours with millionaire pub baron Stu Laundy while playing MC for the McDonalds Supercrew Awards on Saturday.
During the charity event, the 37-year-old was joined onstage by Ronald McDonald where she spoke about her relationship status.
"We've broken up," she told the crowd. "And I'm pregnant."
The presenter's very tongue-in-cheek comments come after weeks of whispers that have hounded them since they went public with their romance.
In a video from the event, Sophie can be seen addressing the crowd before handing McDonald's mascot a rose, asking him "Will you accept this rose?"
However she quickly admits that she was already taken, confirming she was still with her beau Stu.
"Even though the media says we've broken up, I'm pregnant and married," she told the crowd. "I'm still with the guy."
In fact, the presenter event admitted that with all the rumours out there, she was "getting confused herself."
It comes after Bachelorette couple Sophie Monk and Stu Laundy took to Instagram to brush off (literally) all of the split rumours surrounding their relationship earlier this month.
In what way have they swept those split reports under the rug? With a dustpan dance-off of course.
Sophie posted the dance battle on her Instagram story and first up was Stu.
The 44-year-old definitely busted a few dad dance moves while utilising the dustpan and brush mixed in with a bit of an Irish jig.
It was then Sophie's turn to show off her moves with the dustpan.
With few stomach ripples and another few bops, the 37-year-old showed off her cute moves.
It's safe to say these guys are still going strong.
