Diana Ross proves she's still got it at 73

Diana Ross proved at this year's American Music Awards that age is only a number.

The star was awarded the Lifetime Achievement award and you can totally see why.

At 73-years-old Diana's still got it, and she brought some major sass and swag to her performance, captivating the crowd just like she has always done.

Diana channelled her inner-goddess looking utterly fabulous in a deep purple and black floor-length gown paired with a billowing purple cape and some serious bling around her neck.

The music legend performed some of her classic songs including I'm Coming Out, Take Me Higher andEase on Down the Road before accepting her award.

Diana was joined by the rest of her family on stage as her daughter, Rhonda Ross Kendrick, presented her with the award.
