George and Amal to 'renew wedding vows'
Three years after they first said 'I Do' in a romantic Italian ceremony, George and Amal Clooney are reportedly set to do it all again.
After welcoming twins Alexander and Ella in June and spending a considerable amount of time at their UK home, the glamourous couple are set to make their return to Hollywood with a star-studded second wedding, according to RadarOnline.
"It’s always bugged George that so many of their friends couldn’t attend the first time around in Italy," an insider told the outlet.
"This is a great way of throwing a gigantic party for their A-list pals, as well as celebrating their homecoming in a romantic and classy way."
The source goes on, saying the 56-year-old actor is planning a second wedding to end all second weddings, as he and Amal return to the US with their new little family.
"George is feeling a lot more sociable since he eased up on his work duties, and he’d love to organize a fancy wedding in either New York City or L.A," they added.
"What better way of pledging his loyalty to America by saying his vows here. It kills a few birds with one stone!"
And while the world is still yet to catch a glimpse of the elusive Clooney twins, we think Alexander and Ella could play an adorable a role in their parents nuptials.
George and Amal, 39, first wed back in 2014 in a romantic Venice ceremony.
After welcoming their twins the first-time parents made their return to the red carpet, attending the Venice and Toronto film festivals, as well as the premiere of George's latest directorial effort Suburbicon.
