Sam Frost reveals secret behind her hot bod
Reality-star Sam Frost has earned a privileged spot on the 2017 BW Magazine Hot List.
And it seems the 28-year-old doesn't have to lift a finger to get her slender frame and glowing complexion.
“I don’t really follow a diet and exercise if I can be bothered," she told BW.
And with her weight-loss secret out, the Aussie beauty shared with the outlet that things are looking up in the relationship department.
"I am in love," she said, "I certainly feel really happy and I’m really happy with where I’m at."
It comes after the actress opened up about her relationship speaking exclusively to Be at thePitch Perfect3 premiere last week.
"My relationship is going very well," she said, I'm always having fun so that's good, I'm very happy."
Sam broke things off with her Bachelorette boyfriend Sasha Mielczarek at the end of 2016 and started dating new beau Dave earlier this year.
