Kate Ritchie talks persistent marriage split rumours
Kate Ritchie has opened up about the persistent rumours she and husband Stuart Webb have ended their seven-year marriage.
Speaking to Stellar magazine, the 37-year-old Nova radio host said she'd learnt to block out the constant speculation about her love life.
"It doesn't hurt my feelings, not anymore," Ritchie told the publication. "I think in the old days it did. There's no point in getting bogged down about what other people think is happening in my life."
The mother-of-one went on, joking the media's interest in her and Webb's union means good friends Lleyton and Bec Hewitt get a "week off" from their own tabloid marriage speculation.
"The only positive in having the magazines write about my love life is that I know the Hewitts are getting a week off," she added.
The Hewitts have faced months of rumours their 12 year marriage is over.
Ritchie and her former NRL player husband married in 2010, before welcoming daughter Mae in 2014.
Rumours began to swirl the former Home and Away actress had ended her marriage shortly after the couple bought a new house in the Southern Highlands.
At the time The Daily Telegraph claimed while Webb was living in the new home, Ritchie and their daughter continued living in their Sydney property, however the radio personality soon quieted rumours, telling The Morning Show the family would like to add to their brood.
