Jodi Anasta leaves Myer after five years

After five years with Myer, Australian actress and model Jodi Anasta has stepped down from her fashion ambassador role with the retail giant.

Taking to Instagram on Friday morning, the 32-year-old former Home And Away star shared a photo of herself at a recent Myer racing event, along with an emotional caption reflecting on her time working with the brand.

"Sometimes the magic to life is changing direction," she began the caption.

"After 5 amazing years with my Myer family, its time for the next adventure. Thank you for the fabulous memories from the early morning shoots, to the glamour of spring racing (and everything in between!) It’s been a blast! Here's to an exciting future... (sic)".

In recent years Jodi has been the face of Myer alongside Jennifer Hawkins and Rachael Finch, but now that the Neighbours actress is leaving, the question is, who will replace her?

Former Miss Universe Australia Laura Dundovic has previously modelled for the brand, as has ex MTV host, Kate Peck.

"As we move into the new year, we are pleased to announce that we have re-signed Rachael Finch and Kris Smith as Myer Ambassadors," a Myer spokesperson told Be on Friday.

"They will both continue in their roles alongside the Face of Myer, Jennifer Hawkins, representing Myer across our extensive program of marketing and sponsorship activity and to support our evolved Autumn 2018 events strategy.

We thank both Lauren Phillips and Jodi Anasta for the role they have played as Myer Ambassadors. They have always displayed incredible professionalism and commitment to their roles and we hope they will continue to be part of the Myer family moving forward."
