Shirtless Mark Wahlberg's holiday abs are everything

Mark Wahlberg had beachgoers turning their heads during his holiday in Barbados, as he walked along the sand in all his shirtless glory.

The 46-year-old actor revealed his Hollywood-ready abs, wearing just a part of board shorts for his day of family fun in the sun.

While he may be on holidays, that doesn't give Mark an excuse when it comes to working out.

After all, it's his consistent fitness regime that keeps him in fine form.

Taking to Instagram, he's shared a video of himself sweating up a storm.

"I’m on vacation with my family, but I still have to keep up my training for #Mile22. #nodaysoff (sic)," reads the caption next to the video.

The clip shows him doing some ab crunches with his trainer, and that only means one thing - is his six pack is not disappearing any time soon.
