Khloe Kardashian hits the gym after pregnancy backlash

Khloe Kardashian has hit the gym with her sister Kourtney for the first time since she wasslammed for working out whilst pregnant.

The 33-year-old only revealed she was expecting last week after keeping her pregnancy secret for six months, but already fans have waded in, suggesting her training schedule might be harmful to her bub.

However it seems a little heat isn't going to keep KoKo away, as she shared a video of herself on Snapchat sweating it out.

Showing she can still lift weights safely, she worked out alongside mum-of-three Kourtney whilst wearing dark active wear.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians documented her sesh after defending herself against the criticism in a public statement on Twitter.

"For the ones who think they are physicians all of a sudden," she posted. "MY doctor and I communicate and my workouts are cleared and highly recommended."

"Thanks kiddos!" she added. "Don't make me stop sharing s**t."

Despite some harsh critics, there were many who praised the reality star for staying fit and keeping active as she enters her third trimester.

Khloe is expecting her first baby with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 26.
