Mark Wahlberg shows off his buff body... again
Mark Wahlberg has given us something to smile about yet again, going shirtless on the beach enjoying some family time in Barbados.
The 46-year-old actor showed off his bulging biceps and six-pack abs as he soaked up the Caribbean sun and splashed about in the sea.
He was also seen getting cosy with wife Rhea Dunham, 39, during their vaycay, showering her with heaps of PDA.
At one point, the lovers tried to cool-off from the island's heat, floating on top of the water with the actor's arms around his model wife.
Mark showed off his buff beach bod wearing only a pair of sky-blue printed board shorts while the mother-of-four sported a black and white gingham-print bikini and white sunglasses.
And while he may be on holidays, that doesn't give Mark an excuse when it comes to working out.
After all, it's his consistent fitness regime that keeps him in fine form.
Taking to Instagram last week, he shared a video of himself sweating up a storm.
"I’m on vacation with my family, but I still have to keep up my training for #Mile22. #nodaysoff (sic)," reads the caption next to the video.
The clip shows him doing some ab crunches with his trainer, and that only means one thing - is his six pack is not disappearing any time soon.
