The women accusing Craig McLachlan

Australian actor Craig McLachlan has denied the allegations of sexual assault by three of his female co-stars.

The actor was accused in an exposé by the The Sydney Morning Herald and the ABC which claimed he "abused, harassed or assaulted" the women whilst working together on the Rocky Horror Show musical in 2014.

One of women speaking out against the Gold-Logie winner, is Home and Away actress Erika Heynatz, who played Magenta in the iconic stage show.

The former Australia's Next Top Model host, who described the 52-year-old as a “predator” and called him “really calculated and very manipulative”, is also a very talented singer and won the singing show It Takes Two in 2006.

Before her Rocky Horror appearance, she starred as Brooke Wyndham in the Aussie production of Legally Blonde.

Erika, 42, is currently signed to a top modelling agency and has appeared in some huge campaigns.

She has claimed McLachlan once straddled her on a lounge in a green room and kissed her without permission.

Actress Angela Scundi, who has reported made a statement to police about an incident in which she says McLachlan had also made inappropriate comments about her breasts, played a Phantom in the musical and also an understudy for Colombia in Rocky Horror Show.

Though not as high-profile as Erika, she has appeared in a locally produced movie I Love You Too.

The third co-star to have made allegations agains Craig McLachlan is Christie Whelan Browne who said he "indecently assaulted her during the show."

She is well known in theatre land, having starred in numerous numbers including, Grease in 2006, Britney Spears: The Cabaret in 2009 andShane Warne: The Musical in 2013.

A highly regarded stage performer, she won the Sydney Theatre Award for Best Newcomer in 2008 and has gone on to appear in TV shows Offspring and The Wrong Girl.

She has claimed that while on stage with McLachlan and only visible to the audience from the waist up, he pulled up her underwear and kissed her buttocks.

McLachlan, who is best known for his roles in Home and Away, Neighbours and the Doctor Blake mysteries described the allegations in The Sydney Morning Herald as "baseless" in an email to the newspaper.

"They seem to be simple inventions, perhaps made for financial reasons, perhaps to gain notoriety," he was quoted as writing.

"These allegations are ALL made up."
