Arnie's body double denies 'molesting' Eliza Dushku
Arnold Schwarzenegger's body double, Joel Kramer, has denied the claims he "molested" actress Eliza Dushku's when she was just 12, on the set of True Lies.
The former Buffy star, now 37, claimed in a lengthy Facebook post that Kramer established a rapport with her and her parents before sexually abusing her whilst working on the 1994 action-comedy film.
However, Kramer — who is now 60 — has denied the allegations, saying it is "not true."
“These are outlandish, manipulated lies,” the Hollywood stunt double told Deadline. “I never sexually molested her. I’m sick to my stomach. It’s not true."
"I think she’s making this up in her imagination," he continued. "This is all lies. Lies, lies, lies."
Kramer has worked behind-the-scenes on blockbuster such as Mr and Mrs Smith, Blade Runner andFast and The Furious 7 added that he thought the allegations were "just crazy," insisting he "treated her like a daughter."
Eliza alleged that when she was 12, she was "sexually molested by Joel Kramer, one of Hollywood’s leading stunt coordinators."
“Ever since, I have struggled with how and when to disclose this, if ever," she posted on her Facebook. "At the time, I shared what happened to me with my parents, two adult friends and one of my older brothers. No one seemed ready to confront this taboo subject then, nor was I.”
She went on to detail an incident in a hotel room, in which she claims Joel — who was Arnie's double in the movie — assaulted her on the bed.
"I remember vividly how he methodically drew the shades and turned down the lights," she said. "How he cranked up the air-conditioning to what felt like freezing levels."
She says that after "writhing" his gigantic naked body over her, whilst her clothes remained on, that he told her they should be "careful" about telling anyone what happened.
"I was 12," she said. "He was 36."
In the post, that has been shared with her 1.3m followers, she explained that she was coming forward with her story years later thanks to the victims who have spoken out amid the accusations of sexual misconduct that have rocked Hollywood.
