Exclusive: Oliver Curtis 'shakes his head' at Roxy Jacenko's lavish style
Roxy Jacenko sent fans into a frenzy last night when she shared a video of her latest piece of bling, a dazzling diamond ring worth a whopping $50k.
But despite hinting the lavish sparkler was an eternity ring from her hubby Oliver Curtis, she has revealed her other-half actually isn't a fan of her OTT jewellery collection.
Talking exclusively to Be, the PR maven said her husband of nearly six years compares her obsession with extravagant jewels to the likeness of a "Christmas tree."
Explaining the six-carat ring — that features a unique design of claws with pave set diamonds — was designed especially for her by her longtime friend David Nader of Nader Jewellers, she put the whispers her partner had bought it for her firmly to bed.
"Oli didn’t get involved," the mum-of-two said. "But he thinks it’s a masterpiece and that I am looking more and more like a Christmas tree."
"He just shakes his head," she added, describing his views on her array of jewels.
The work-a-holic, 37, regularly expresses her love for diamonds and recently stripped down for a racy lingerie shoot where she was draped in $1.5 million worth of diamonds from Nicholas Haywood Jewellery.
Roxy added that the new ring is particularly special as her and designer David have been friends for 14 years, meeting when she first launched her business, Sweaty Betty PR.
"We did some amazing work together," she said. "Think jewellery for Paris Hilton, Anna Nicole Smith, Delta Goodrem, Cheyenne Tozzi to name just a few."
Fans had speculated Oli may have been behind the eye-catching ring, as Roxy had captioned the image, "Perfect I [heart emojo] it. 'U'ternity Ring."
The pair — who briefly had time apart whilst Oliver, 32, served time for insider trading — got engaged for the second time last July.
