MAFS star Alycia Galbraith was left alone at the altar

Married At First Sight star Alycia Galbraith has been planning her wedding day it since she was 11 years old.

However on last night's explosive episode, things didn't go as planned and the bride-to-be was left all alone at the altar. Watch the video above.

The humiliating moment began when the 28-year-old walked down the aisle with her mum and da and her groom Matthew was no where to be seen.

"Where is he?" she whispers to her parents, seemingly stressed and concerned that her groom had not showed up.

The groom's mum then whispers to her hubby, "She's beside herself, where is he? For God's sake."

The nervous blonde was left humiliated standing by herself and holding back tears. "Are you okay?" the celebrant whispered.

"I don't know whats going on," while shaking her head.

"Poor Alycia," her mother muttered, "I think we were all saying, 'He'll be there waiting with the jaw dropping'. You know... that's what she expected."

In a voice over you hear Alycia say, "I feel really disappointed, could he have done a runner, I don't know."

But in a swift change in gears, Alycia's groom Matthew appeared, "Better late than never," he said.

Turns out he had a slight wardrobe malfunction, as his pants didn't fit and he was stuck in heavy traffic.

"My pants didn't fit," he told her.

Luckily, she was very forgiving, telling him "I'm glad you're here."

The awkward moment was turned around when you could clearly see the chemistry between the pair.

They said their vows, kissed and guests clapped and applauded the newlyweds.
