Sophie Monk 'has her sights set' on Warnie
Now Sophie Monk is back on the market following her split from Stu Laundy, the Bachelorette star apparently "has her sights set on" Shane Warne.
According to NW, an 'insider' has spilled the beans on Sophie and Warnie.
"They're actually perfect for each other - and the chemistry is insane," the source told the publication.
The insider also added the timing is "too good to be true" as they're both single.
Warnie reportedly also has his eye on Soph, too.
"He's always had a thing for Soph," the source said. "He thinks she's gorgeous and hilarious. He'd be that keen!"
The pair were pictured together back in 2014, while out in London together.
However, Sophie's reps have slammed the reports telling Be there is "absolutely no truth whatsoever" to the claims.
Be has also reached out to Shane's representatives for comment.
Sophie, 38, announced she had split from her Bachelorette love Stu last month just three months after the finale.
"I don't know how to explain this because it's an unusual circumstance to be in...," she wrote. "But because I entered this relationship so publicly I know I owe an answer to Australia about my personal life."
"I gave it the best shot I could and my intentions were everything I said I was looking for, but unfortunately it just didn't work out," she continued.
"As much as I respect him we are just very different people," Sophie wrote. "There were no contracts or pressure to stay together whatsoever from anyone and we remain friends."
Despite Sophie insisting the pair remain friends, Woman's Day have reported Stu was using Sophie all along for "fame" and also calling her names like "cockroach" behind her back.
"He was always only in it for the fame," an insider told the magazine. "He strung out their relationship for weeks because he wanted to use her name to help promote his pub, but he was different behind her back, calling her a 'cockroach' in a text message, which freinds took to mean she was always coming back for more."
Stu recently revealed on Nova FM's Fitzy and Wippa Show he actually "sort of" found out about their split "via Instagram".
"I sort of found out via Instagram," the 44-year-old admitted. "But, having said that, we both knew in our hearts, we had pushed more towards a friendship."
We reckon Warnie and Sophie might be a good pairing.
