How Tim Robards is prepping for his wedding
Former Bachelor star Tim Robards has his impending nuptials to fiancée Anna Heinrich at the end of this year, so of course he will want to look and feel his best.
The 35-year-old has revealed to Be, when chatting with us as a part of his ambassador role with Deliveroo for their campaign 'Summeroo', how he is prepping for the big day.
Tim insisted it was all about 'balance' for him.
"I generally get a good balance," he said. "That's one of the things I pride myself on a good balance. In health, in balance and in life."
The fitness fanatic discussed how when times get really busy, such as planning a wedding, it's easy to fall into unhealthy habits.
"It is tempting to just order a pizza," he admitted. "When I do have those times when I've had a flat out day, I [try to] order something healthy."
Tim discussed that for many people a wedding can be the 'call to action' for people to get in shape and 'feel their best'.
But explained 'going on a crazy diet' is not the way to do things and finding balance and moderation to help feel your best self both inside and out.
Tim and Anna announced their engagement in May 2017 after meeting on the first season of The Bachelor in 2013.
The sports chiropractor remained tight-lipped when Be quizzed him on any other specific wedding plans but did reveal they'd be getting married near a beach.
"It's close to a beach," he said. "I'm my happiest when I'm near salt water and there's sun. That's where I'd love to be married."
