Six things we learnt from the new Bachelor In Paradise teaser

The new Bachelor in Paradise teaser has been released, and in between the sunset gazing, romantic swims and shirtless bodies (hello, Apollo), there's some massive bombshells we need to discuss.

Firstly, the officially confirmed cast so far consists of Laurina, Tara, Ali, Keira, Florence, Davey, Michael, Jarrod and Apollo.

Now here are six things that have enhanced our knowledge of the upcoming dating series ahead of its premiere later this year.

There's a marriage proposal.

Has no one learnt from Season Two's Bachelor Blake Garvey that popping the big question might not go your way? In fact your ex will probably go on to gain immense popularity, land her own breakfast radio show, some more reality TV stints, and then an acting gig on a major soap.

Here's hoping this year's suitor is more sure of what he's doing. Our bets are on hopeless romantic Jarrod.

There's an intruder, and of course, it's a babe we're all too familiar with.

Jake Ellis from the second season of The Bachelorette may have missed out on winning Georgia Love's heart.

But he's back for another shot as the new promo reveals.

The Brisbane-based hunk is seen locking lips with a female contestant, and it looks very much like Florence.

There's going to be tears.

Lots of them. And it seems Keira Maguire may not be the mean girl after all.

There's a love triangle... and it gets messy!

Tara from Matty J's season of The Bachelor is known for saying it like it is, and it's no different on this show.

"This love triangle, has become a love square," she bluntly reveals in a piece-to-camera.

There's some serious blasts from the past.

We're talking about another intruder.

A scene featuring Michael Turnbull shows a blonde beauty witnessing some juicy drama go down.

And it's actually Nina from Sam Wood's season, who's conveniently dyed her original brown locks blonde to trick us all.

There's even more eye candy.

We're no trained experts in facial recognition, but this hunk looks a lot like Luke from Georgia Love's season of The Bachelorette.

Bachelor In Paradise will air later this year on Channel Ten.
