Sophie Monk shows ex Stu what he's missing
Sophie Monk has stepped out looking like she didn't have a care in the world following her split from Bachelorette love Stu Laundy.
Looking flaming hot in a bright red dress, the 38-year-old showed her ex-boyfriend Stu exactly what he was missing.
The star looked refreshed and revitalised while out in Sydney on Thursday.
Sophie couldn't stop smiling and looked to be in good spirits as she dined out for lunch at China Doll in Woolloomooloo.
She certainly has a lot to look forward to with her upcoming hosting role of Love Island Australia due to air on Channel Nine soon.
Sophie announced on Instagram on Australia Day she and Stu had split following a whirlwind romance on The Bachelorette.
"I don't know how to explain this because it's an unusual circumstance to be in...," she wrote. "But because I entered this relationship so publicly I know I owe an answer to Australia about my personal life."
She went on to explain she signed up to The Bachelorette 'looking to settle down and start a family'.
"I gave it the best shot I could and my intentions were everything I said I was looking for, but unfortunately it just didn't work out," she continued.
And despite insisting they ended on good terms, the publican recently claimed he found out about the breakup via Instagram.
Well, now it's Sophie's turn to play cupid on Love Island.
