Blac Chyna defends herself against revenge porn
Blac Chyna is taking action against an unknown man who released a sex tape of her online.
The reality star has gone to the police to further investigate into the person who leaked the tape, according to TMZ.
The video was posted to Twitter on Monday morning, according to the publication, and "appears to have been shot by" an unknown male while Chyna is performing oral sex on him.
Chyna's attorney, Walter Mosley, posted a statement on Instagram regarding the matter saying 'this culture of abuse and assault against women' needed to change.
"Today's post saddens me deeply as it is an attack not only against my client but my friend," he stated on social media. "Why do we think it's acceptable to sell, or publish, or seek revenge, or blackmail women in this way and without their consent?"
The lawyer went on to specifically call out men admitting he was 'tired' of having to tell his clients 'not to make videos because men will put them out later'.
"It’s like I’m telling them not to wear short skirts because you’re going to entice a man to rape you," he said.
"We need to stop sharing these videos with each other in the club, at the barbershop or (and especially) online," he continued. "It is a morally corrupt action, which is (at least in California) criminal. Maybe it is time to set an example."
Last year Chyna threatened to take legal action against ex-fiancéRob Kardashian following his bizarre online meltdown where he posted 'revenge porn'.
The 30-year-old reality star took to Instagram and Twitter sharing a series of bizarre posts where he accused Chyna of being unfaithful and abusing drugs and alcohol while in the same house as their daughter.
He then posted a series of explicit photos of Chyna on Instagram before his account was shut down.
