Ewan McGregor 'dumped' by Fargo co-star
Ewan McGregor has reportedly been 'dumped' by his younger lover Mary Elizabeth Winstead, just months after he left his wife Eve Mavrakis for her.
The pair Fargo co-stars went official with their relationship after being busted kissing while out in London in October last year, not long after he ended his 22-year-marriage.
Now though it seems the tables have turned for the 46-year-old Scottish actor, as Mary has reportedly called time on their romance because of the controversy surrounding them.
“Mary hated being labelled a home wrecker and the embarrassment it caused her," an insider told Star magazine.
"It’s sad because a year ago Ewan and his wife were in great shape and then he decided to throw it all away for Mary," they continued. "Now it looks like he’s lost them both for good.”
Until his break-up with Eve in May last year — the same month Mary, 33, announced her separation from her hubby of 15 years, director Riley Stearns — the pair were considered rock solid among the Hollywood crowd.
However the former couple who share kids Clara, Anouk and Esther and their adopted daughter, Jamyan, are now in the process of completing their divorce.
Last month, Eve, spoke out about her estranged husband's Golden Globes speech, where he thanked both her and his current girlfriend, saying she 'didn't like it.'
"I want to take a moment to say thank you to Eve," he said whilst collecting his gong for Best Actor in a Limited Series. "Who always stood by me for 22 years. To my four children, Clara, Ester, Jamyan and Anouk, I love you."
