The model gave birth in late March, welcoming a baby girl with actor Bradley Cooper.

It may only have been three months, but Irina has bounced back into fine form.

Irina, who has strut the Victoria's Secret runway in the past, knows how to make activewear look effortlessly stylish for the local grocery run.

With minimal makeup and just a few necklaces and a cap, Irina managed to master the off-duty chic look.

The catwalk stunner enjoyed tasting the fresh produce, as she spent some time away from her newborn Lea.
