We all have our off days now and again, but these celebrities have taken things to a whole new crazy level with their infamous meltdowns and ludicrous behaviour. This weekend, 90's teen heart throb Aaron Carter ended up on the wrong side of the law when he was busted for driving under the influence with his girlfriend, Madison Parker. The 29-year-old was arrested in Habersham County, Georgia for "DUI refusal, possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects", according to TMZ. Once affectionately called the 'Prince of Pop' Aaron's apparent moment of madness isn't his first, with the younger brother of Backsteet Boys crooner Nick Carter being booked for "possession of at least two ounces of marijuana" back in 2008 while in Texas. Oh dear Azza.
When you think of celeb meltdowns, our favourite gal Britney Spears is never far from mind. When Britney had her infamous 2007 breakdown, the whole world stopped to watch the sad downward spiral. The singer shaved her head, took drugs and attacked a photographer's car with an umbrella in a fit of rage. It didn't stop there, as the singer divorced her then hubby K-Fed, and lost custody of her two children due to being severely intoxicated in their presence. #prayforbritney
Who could ever forget this very public 2011 webcast meltdown, where the actor was clearly incoherent or had a few too many er... drugs? The disheveled Sheen was seen speaking on the phone to 'Two And A Half Men' creator Chuck Lorre while smoking and awkwardly rocking looking incredibly thin. People claimed it was either a publicity stunt because it was so unbelievable or that he was in a hypomanic state induced from drug use.
The Nickelodeon child star turned messed up teen stunned the public with her very strange meltdown on Twitter. The actress claimed that her father mentally and physically abused her. The 31-year-old then followed the crazy social media rant with posts claiming that her dad didn't actually abuse her and that it was the "microchip in her brain" that caused her to say it.
From substance abuse to DUI's, this crazy teen was her own worst enemy. In 2007 she received her first DUI which led to her being put on probation, that she then violated in 2010 with a second DUI. The teen was then put behind bars and sent to rehab not long after. She was then caught stealing jewellery and went on a destructive drinking binge.
Chris was dating Rihanna in 2009, but what really made headlines was his infamous assault on his then-girlfriend Rihanna. Images surfaced of the singer's battered and bruised face. RiRi admitted in a Diane Sewyer interview that the rapper threatened to kill her. The brave singer shared her story to warn other girls not to put up with abusive behaviour from their partners.
Alec had a little bit of a fight on an American Airlines flight, when the actor was reportedly kicked off the airline for refusing to get off his phone! He even shared his frustration on social media, saying, "Flight attendant on American [Airlines] reamed me out 4 playing WORDS W FRIENDS while we sat at the gate, not moving." The 59-year-old got verbally abusive with the flight crew and caused some major flight delays!
Although Christian has some great acting skills, he unfortunately doesn't have a lot of patience. The audio onset of the new Terminator film heard the actor abuse the film crew for a whole 10 minutes! The actor later apologised or his very public spat.
Shia let a bartender know how he really felt after he went ballistic in a bowling alley and called him "a f**king racist," which then led to him getting kicked out of the establishment. He was then seen running out of the venue away from the prying paparazzi waiting for him out the front!
Aussie singer Iggy admitted in a radio interview with DJ Cruz that she has had suicidal thoughts, saying, "Sometimes I would drive through the canyons to get to my horses and I would be like, "What if I just kept driving off the canyon?' Sometimes I would feel like that,' she confessed.
Saving the best for last... Yeezy had an actual breakdown in 2016 after the rapper was sent to UCLA Medical Centre where doctors tried to stabalise him, and it took eight days to do so! People magazine reported that the father-of-two was hospitalised due to "sleep deprivation" and "suffering from exhaustion".
