Kelly Osbourne has become the lastest star to flash some serious bling following her engagement to vegan chef Matthew Mosshart. The young star had the ring custom made at Tiffanys. "I designed it to look like an earring that my father wore when I was little," the daughter of Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy Osbourne told US magazine. "I used to hold my finger up to his ear when I was little and say, 'I want a ring like that.' Now I have one!"
