Alec Baldwin and wife Hilaria Thomas announced this week that they were expecting their first child together! Hilaria is 26 years Alec's junior but what's age but a number? Alec was married to previous wife Kim Basinger from 1993 to 2002 and have a daughter together called Ireland. It's worth noting that at 54 today Alec will be in his early 70s by the time his latest child graduates from High School!
Elton John’s first son, Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John, was born to a surrogate mother on 25 December 2010 in California. Recently the pair announced that they have welcomed a second boy Elijah Joseph Daniel Furnish-John telling Hello magazine "Both of us have longed to have children, but the reality that we now have two sons is almost unbelievable ... The birth of our second son completes our family in a most precious and perfect way." Elton is 65-years-young.
Gary Busey (now 68) had his first child Jake with wife Judy way back in 1971. In 2010 he had a second son, Luke, with girlfriend Steffanie Sampson making for an almost 40 year age gap between the siblings.
It was announced in 2010 Beyonce's Dad Mathew Knowles, aged 61, had fathered a half-brother to superstar siblings Beyonce and Solange with actress Alexsandra Wright. Unfortunately it came as something of a shock to Tina Knowles, Beyonce's mother, who was still married to Mathew. The affair led to the pair's divorce in 2011 after 31 years of marriage.
Power couple Warren Beatty and Annette Bening have four children together, the last of which Ella was born in 2000 when Warren was already 62. Today at 75 he has a house full of teenagers when probably all he wants is a little peace and quiet!
Rod Stewart and his wife Penny Lancaster -- pictured with his kids Kimberly, Sean, Ruby, and Liam -- have two children together, the most recent born in 2011. The latest addition to the family is the 68-year-old rocker's eight child. No wonder he keeps on working with all those mouths to feed!

Woody Allen caused a scandal in 1992 when it was made public that he was in a relationship with his stepdaughter, Soon-Yi Previn. The revelation ended his relationship with Soon-Yi's mother Mia Farrow but Allen downplayed the affair saying "The heart wants what it wants. There's no logic to those things. You meet someone and you fall in love and that's that." Woody (now 77) and Soon-Yi adopted two daughters together in 1999 and 2000. Allen's biological son, Ronan Farrow, has been openly disparaging of the relationship tweeting on Father's Day "Happy father's day— or as they call it in my family, happy brother-in-law's day."
The world famous, larger-than-life tenor Luciano Pavarotti was another late-in-life father. At 67 he had a daughter, Alice, with second wife, Dr Nicoletta Mantovani. Prior to this, he had three daughters with first wife, Adua earlier in life. Sadly for the operatic legend, he passed away from complications arising due to pancreatic cancer in 2007.
