Music stars are crying, falling and forgetting all over the place! We take a look at some of the biggest celeb slip-ups.
Jenny From the Block had an embarrassing moment this week, when she had to leave the stage when she was plagued by tears. The singer was performing "the first song she wrote about love", when she started sobbing and had to leave the stage. Despite reports that the star was upset about her recent divorce, JLo claims it was thinking about her children that got her teary.

Looks like J-Lo isn't the only one who is teary about the break-up! Ex-hubby Marc Anthony was moved to tears back in September when his fans sang him happy birthday during his concert. Through his tears, Anthony said "Thank you for all your love and support, especially this year; it means a lot to me." Naww....

Only Gaga could pull off a fall like this, and still rock on! The Queen of Quirk used this stage slip to her advantage, using it as a sneaky entrance into some sultry floor work. Smmmooooth.

What could be more nerve-wracking than performing in front of millions at the Superbowl? Christina Aguilera would know! While singing the national anthem at this years' epic football match, she forgot some of the words. Oops!

Chris Brown broke down during his moving tribute to Michael Jackson at last year's BET Awards. Instead of taking his breakdown off stage, Brown chose to stay on stage and attempt to continue the performance through his sobs. Awkward....

What could be more infamous than the Janet Jackson nipple-slip at the 2004 SuperBowl Halftime Show? In a supposed 'accident,' Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake were onstage, performing as the halftime acts, the next they were playing a game of peek-a-boob. Global scandal ensued over whether or not it was intentional or accidental. To this day, the jury is still out...

Who could forget Britney Spears' shocking 'comeback' performance (after a divorce, ill mental health and custody battles over her children) at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards? The singer 'danced' (read: shuffled) around the stage dazed and seemingly confused whilst giving a lacklustre performance. To top it off, Britney was wearing little more than unflattering, sequinned black underwear. Thankfully Britney has since recovered to better on stage and off stage form.

Talk about an on stage slip up. Fergie of The Black Eyed Peas had "an accident" in 2005 when she accidentally wet herself. Initially calling it sweat, she later said "We had to rush onstage before I had the chance to go to the restroom. It was a very embarrassing night for me." It could have been worse for the popstar, at least she didn't slip over in it!
PICS: Raunchy Celeb Trick-or-Treaters
Oh how the mighty have fallen! J-Lo took a tumble at the 2009 American Music Awards whilst performing her song "Louboutins." J-lo jumped off the back of one of her dancers, slipped and landed on her famous rear. Luckily the seasoned performed was quickly back on her feet and back into her dance routine in no time.
Whitney Houston tried her best performing on her Australian tour in February last year, but unfortunately for her (and her fans) the diva's best was not enough to save her. With strained vocals, limited range and sometimes no voice at all, the "I Will Always Love You" singer lost a lot of fans and caused large debate over her ability (or lack thereof) to perform.
PICS: The Many Mugshots of Lindsay Lohan
Both Ashlee Simpson and her sister Jessica have had onstage slip-ups. Ashlee was caught lip-synching on Saturday Night Live in 2004 when the wrong track was played. Ash walked off the stage, unfortunately whilst the vocals were still going. Jessica fared no better when in February 2009 she forgot the lyrics to her song "Come On Over," whilst opening for Rascal Flatts (which was followed up by a semi-meltdown on stage). Things have since been looking up for the Simpson sisters with no more lip-synching or lyric forgetting incidents.
Another young popstar to be caught in the act, Lindsay Lohan was busted in late 2004 lip synching her performance of "Rumours" on Good Morning America. Unfortunately for Linds, this was just the beginning of her music career backslide (film career backslide was to follow in later years), as her music career never really took off the ground.
Boy-oh-boy did John Mayer stir up controversy with his Playboy interview in February last year. The star's rant included racially insensitive comments like "My d--- is sort of like a white supremacist. I'm going to start dating separately from my d---." Whilst performing at a concert soon after the article was released, he reportedly broke down and apologised to the audience, saying "In the quest to be clever, I completely forgot about the people that I love and that love me." He also thanked his band members for standing by him despite his racially insensitive comments (some of them were African-American).
Pink nearly had her demise on stage when performing at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre as part of her "Funhouse" tour in June 2009. The singer nearly fell head-first ontot the stage when her bungee cord snapped. She later tweeted about the incident, "Tonight's show was awesome! Audience was great - even when the bungee broke and I had to do the emergency silk climb. That was so scary!!!."
Bret Michaels, lead singer of Poison had an embarassing moment on stage at the 2009 Tony Awards. At the end of performing the song, Michaels 'missed his mark' and walked into a descending piece of stage scenery that landed on his head and face. The extent of injury to his face was a reported broken nose and busted lip, although the extent of injury to his ego as it made world news must have been brutal.
Keith Richards, guitarist for The Rolling Stones, had a near fatal onstage slip up while performing in Sacramento, California in 1965. He accidentally touched his guitar strings to an ungrounded microphone and electrocuted himself. Richards later said "I woke up in the hospital an hour later. The doctor said (electric shock victims) come around or they don't." Luckily for all Stones fans, he did.
