Watch the clip: The Queen's Court

While there may have been two film versions of Snow White out this year -- 'Mirror Mirror' was released late March starring Julia Roberts as the Evil Queen -- only one Evil Queen reigns supreme, and Charlize Theron is it.

In this scene taken from the upcoming 'Snow White and the Huntsman', Charlize sends shivers down our spines as the evil Queen Ravenna, seeking the huntsman who legend says has survived the dark forest.

As the tale goes the Evil Queen needs the huntsman to go into the dark forest and retrieve Snow White, who has run away there. And as you'll see from this clip, no one should mess with the Evil Queen (or probably enter the dark forest either).

Home-grown hottie Chris Hemsworth appears as the huntsman, a seemingly well-cast role given his ability to fight and defend on screen, as well as gain super-human size at the gym. Did we mention he also pulls off a pretty convincing accent? You'll have to watch the clip to find out exactly which one.

On a side note, Kristen Stewart plays the Joan of Arc style Snow White, who escapes the murderous clutches of the Evil Queen.

This live action version of Snow White has a slightly different take on the original fairytale version, and from the footage we've seen so far, we're quietly confident it's set to be epic.
