STAR WARS FANS CAN WIN A CHANCE TO APPEAR IN EPISODE VII

Star Wars' fans can win a chance to appear in Episode VII.

Director J.J. Abrams is backing Star Wars: Force for Change, a campaign which will raise funds and awareness for the United Nations Children's Fund's (UNICEF) Innovation Labs and fans can contribute to the cause between May 21 - July 18 through Omaze.com/StarWars.

For each $10 contribution made eligible participants will be entered into the draw for the incredible prize which will also include airfare and accommodation in London, behind-the-scenes access on the closed set and the opportunity to meet the A-List cast.

Abrams explained: "The 'Star Wars' fans are some of the most passionate and committed folks around the globe.

Star Wars: Force for Change aims to help the world's most vulnerable children and create sustainable solutions to issues including nutrition, water, health, and education.

Meanwhile, 'Star Wars: Episode VII' will see former stars Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher return alongside newcomers John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Andy Serkis, Oscar Isaac, Domhnall Gleeson and Max von Sydow.

Filming began in Abu Dhabi last week and is then expected to continue at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire, England.

The movie, which has a screenplay written by the director and Lawrence Kasban, opens worldwide on December 18, 2015.
