WATCH: Chris Hemsworth is shirtless in new Thor trailer

You can always rely on annual pop culture convention Comic-Con to really deliver when it comes to trailer premieres.

And this time around, the good people from Marvel have gifted us with a new trailer for Thor: Ragnarok and it is truly epic. Check it out above!

In the new trailer we see even more of Cate Blanchett’s goddess of war Hela, with the Aussie Oscar winner looking totally bada*se as the evil being trying to destroy Thor’s (Chris Hemsworth) homeland of Asgard.

Aussie vs. Aussie...we kinda love it!

The trailer also gives us a short glimpse of Chris with no shirt on, because abs. And biceps.

We also see a bit more of Thor’s reunion with his pal Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo), who in his Hulk form teams up with Thor to save Asgard.

Also making an appearance in this trailer is Thor’s devilish half-brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston), who also looks like he may be on his bro’s side for once.

The film was helmed by acclaimed NZ director Taika Waititi.
