This A Quiet Place trailer will give you nightmares

The tagline of the new thriller film A Quiet Place is 'Stay Silent, Stay Safe' but after watching the trailer we bet anything you'll be is 'silent'.

In fact, the trailer for the film will most likely make you scream and give you a fair few nightmares.

The new flick which stars married couple Emily Blunt and John Krasinski will leave shivers tingling down your spine.

A family of four are fighting for their lives but in total silence but mysterious supernatural forces which hunt sound threaten the family's survival.

As many parents will know keeping your children quiet at vital times can be difficult but when it's a matter of life and death it becomes even more vital.

In the trailer, one of the children is playing with a loud toy airplane, viewers then see a frantic John, who plays the father of the family, running towards the child before the supernatural creatures get to him.

Another clip shows a heavily pregnant mother, played by Emily, having to stay totally silent while she gives birth.

But it doesn't look like she succeeds in that task and we can't blame her.

The terrifying film comes out May 3, 2018.
