Delta slammed for 'unsafe' ad
She was joining the likes of Taylor Swift and Drake who've all recorded popular Apple Music ads.
But Delta Goodrem's commerical for the music giant, which featured her on a road trip singing along to her fave songs, has been banned after watchdogs decided it breached health and safety.
In the clip, Delta can be seen dancing and moving around to her playlist while a friend drives, making it appear that she's not wearing a seatbelt.
The original complaint accused The Voice judge Delta of "setting a terrible example to young drivers" during a time when statistics show drivers of that age group are most at risk on the road.
Even though Apple responded by explaining that both Delts and the driver were wearing lap belts during the filming, the Advertising Standards Bureau declared it "unsafe".
“The majority of the Board noted that Delta is seen as a role model to younger people and considered that a depiction of Delta dancing and moving around in a motor vehicle with no clearly visible safety belt is likely to imply to younger viewers that no seatbelt is being worn,” they said.
Apple have been forced to modify the ad and said they were "disappointed" by the decision.

Though it's a serious offence, some of the responses on social media to the slap on the wrist have been pretty hilarious.
But this is by far our fave:

Delta has been having a rough old time of it when it comes to the road lately, as the Dear Life singer recently lost her licence because of speeding offences.
