Michelle ‘bonds’ with former MAFS bad boy Jono

She didn’t find love with the person she was set up with on Married at First Sight, but could Michelle Marsh have had more luck with a former contestant?

The blonde twin has spoken out about her encounter with series bad boy Jono Pitman, after it was reported they had been seen flirting together.

“We bonded over our similar situation,” she told 9Honey.

“He has offered his advice and support to me and I'm grateful to have met him.”

Jono had a similar story to tell, explaining to the Daily Telegraph that, “Michelle and I got in contact with each other a little while ago as we both had similar situations on the show.”

“We got along really well. It was great to meet her.”

Jono appeared on the second season of MAFS and became famous for complaining the woman he was set up with was “not what I ordered.”

Meanwhile Michelle had just as much trouble forming a bond with her match Jesse despite him declaring he really liked her and was ready to fight for their relationship.

After staying for the duration of the series, she told him during their final episode that “I do want you in my life forever… but not as my partner.”
