Exclusive: Bachelor In Paradise producers 'took Tara's ring away from her'

All our hearts fluttered when Sam Cochrane proposed to Australia’s sweetheart Tara Pavlovic on the Bachelor In Paradise finale.

But it seems producers were extremely cautious about the public finding out which couple was engaged.

Tara told Be exclusively on Thursday that her engagement ring was actually taken away from her.

“They took my engagement ring off me,” she said.

It was all so the finale of the show wasn’t jeopardised.

Now it has aired, Tara is relieved she and Sam have been able to go public with their relationship after being “in hiding for five months”.

“I’m feeling so happy I can finally come out and be with Sam now that the Bachelor In Paradise finale has aired,” she admitted.

But she didn’t see the proposal from Sam coming at all.

“I was in complete and utter shock after he proposed and had no idea he was going to do it,” the 28-year-old admitted.

We’re all now just highly anticipating this wedding.
