Gwyneth Patrow's Goop has copped it's fair share of criticism over the years, with many believing the site only features extortionately-priced luxe items.

Since 2008, when the site was formed, Paltrow has remained tight-lipped about the flack, however she's finally defended her brainchild, claiming the site offers reasonably-priced products, which people seem to overlook.

Speaking in the March issue of Glamour magazine the star said it gets to her when her site is criticised, but let's not forget her Christmas gift guide features a $5,800 luxury, leather toiletry bag.

"Sometimes I'll get annoyed if someone's like, 'Goop is so expensive.' I'm like, 'Have you looked at the website? Have you seen the range of price points? 'Cause we sell things that are $8,'" she said in the candid interview.

"I'm like, 'If you want to f--ck with me, bring your A-game. At least have all your information."

While Gwyneth seems quite worked up about the furore over the price of items on the site, perhaps she should take a second look at what's on offer.

Currently the website features a $1,065 Stella McCartney horse-design cardigan, a $685 London book set and a $2,255 Gabriela Artigas gold ring.

You're not doing yourself any favours there Gwyneth.
