Kendall And Kylie Jenner To Release A Handbag Line

Kendall and Kylie Jenner are set to add new handbag line to Kendall + Kylie fashion label.

The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' sisters will add 18 varieties of the "must-have" accessory, including two purse charms, to their clothing range this autumn, which will complement the existing ready-to-wear pieces from their Spring 2016 collection that hit Neiman Marcus department stores on Thursday.

Speaking to WWD magazine about the upcoming launch, the 20-year-old supermodel said: "Bags are definitely a must-have accessory; they can take your outfit to a whole new level.

"Our handbag collection is super modern and pairs really well with pieces from our ready-to-wear and shoe collection for fall."

The handbag collection is inspired by the pair's favourite designer brands, holiday destinations, such as Tokyo and London, as well as their individual style; it will channel Kendall's feminine yet tomboy fashion merged with Kylie's edgy wardrobe.

The forthcoming accessories line will feature an array of styles, from sleek leather backpack's, classic satchel, mini bucket bag and evening wear Bobino clutches, made of lavish materials, such as crocodile-embossed leather and premium pony hair, priced between $75 to $450, which will grace major retailers worldwide, including Bloomingdale's, Holt Renfrew, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom, later this year.

Speaking about the collection Kylie, 18, said: "I love that we played with all different sizes, from mini to large. A good handbag is functional and easy to use, without compromising the design or overall look. Each design definitely makes its own statement."
