Anna Heinrich on the unglamorous side of fashion week

When you look at the stars sitting in the frow, traipsing from show to show in one designer gown to the next, you might be surprised to learn that it's actually not all glitz and glamour.

Anna Heinrich tells Yahoo7's guest editor Nikki Phillips that the reality is actually running between shows and getting changed in the car.

"I'm actually wearing a lot [of outfits] and I'm actually quite stressed about it," says the former Bachelor star, wearing a cobalt frock by Ginger & Smart.

"I'm going to be running to the car and changing in there - not that glamorous," she added.

Looking to the week ahead, Heinrich says she's most excited about the Misha Collection show, starring international 'It' model, Bella Hadid.

"Everyone's been talking about it, I mean what a great move for them because that's all everyone's been talking about."

As for the one thing the 26-year-old beauty keeps in her handbag to get her through the long days?

"Mints!" she exclaims. "Definitely! You've always got to have good breath because you're talking to a lot of people!"
