Bella Hadid wipes out on the Michael Kors runway

Bella Hadid has proved that even some of the biggest supermodels in the world can take a tumble on the runway.

The GQ model of the year fell on her hands and knees as she walked the Michael Kors’ Spring 2017 runway show during New York Fashion Week yesterday.

The model, who also has a major deal with Dior and walked for Australia brand Misha during Fashion Week Australia, took a massive nose dive as she turned a corner in six-inch platform shoes on the runway.

Those heels got the better of her as she made her way towards the photographer's pit in a a fully embellished knee-length dress, cinched in at the waist with a black belt.

However like the professional she is, she got straight up, brushed it off and continued down the runway like a boss.

Anna Wintour, Sienna Miller and Emily Blunt gasped as they looked on from the front row, however Bella had her sister Gigi to lean on for support after the fall.

Gigi had an unfortunate nip slip last year during Milan Fashion Week when her dress fell down on one side, revealing her breast.

Instead of running off in shame, Gigi simply smiled and high-fived Donatella herself.
