Leave it to Blake Lively to make a flawless post-baby first appearance. The actress, who gave birth to her second child with husband Ryan Reynolds less than two months, attended the L’Oréal Women of Worth awards in New York City last night, and looked as on-point as ever.

The 29-year-old mum donned a loose-fitting navy dress for the occasion, boasting a plunging neckline, deep pockets and sheer sleeves. She paired the frock with matching nail polish and nude sandals, kept her make-up minimal and wore her straightened locks over one shoulder.

Blake and Ryan are yet to reveal their second child’s name, although the latter did reveal that his newborn is another girl. Considering the couple defied gender norms by naming their firstborn James, we hazard a guess their new addition has an equally unusual moniker.

Blake wasn’t the only A-lister at the event last night. Also in attendance were fellow L’Oréal muses; Eva Longoria, Karlie Kloss, Andie McDowell and Diane Keaton.

Karlie opted to wear a form-fitting gold Michael Kors dress, while Eva worked a caped jumpsuit by Bahraini designer label Noon by Noor.
