A massive 404 carat diamond has been discovered
They say diamonds are a girl's best friend, but this diamond found in Angola, Africa, by an Australian diamond mining company, could easily be a few hundred girls’ best friend.
The 404.2 carat diamond, which was recently unearthed by Lucapa Diamond, is seven centimetres wide and the largest ever to be found in Angola.
Absolutely flawless, the diamond and has been classed as the 27th largest diamond in the world.
The find has come just months after a 1111 carat diamond, the world’s second-largest, was found in Botswana.

The largest diamond in the world still remains to be the 3106 carat diamond that was found in 1905 in South Africa.
The Perth-based company said their stunning diamond could be worth upwards of $20 million and they plan to sell it to fund further exploration and expansion at the Angola mine.
Imagine being one of the lucky woman who get to sport a portion of this giant sparkler on their finger.
Girls, it’s not too late to start sucking up to your partners and saying sorry for all those times you yelled at them for not stacking the dishwasher.
