Ash Pollard’s ultimate date night ricotta gnocchi

Is there anything more impressive than serving up gnocchi?

I would have to say this dish certainly takes the cake when it comes to wowing people because they think it must be so hard to make.

And yes, I have to admit, I have cooked this for a date before. It definitely won him over… but I might not have chosen to keep him!

The beauty about this gnocchi is that it’s made with ricotta instead of potato. It melts in your mouth, is absolute bliss and is basically like eating a cloud.

Add in the beautiful fresh tomatos, basil and the buffalo mozzarella and it’s an Italian masterpiece, I tell you.

So, if you’re looking to impress somebody, perhaps for a fifth date (or a first date if that’s how you roll) I would definitely choose this.
