Bella and Sammy's best brunch spots in Sydney


Sisters Bella and Sammy, who won My Kitchen Rules in 2011, have gone on to carve out a successful cooking career since being crowned champions on the show. The pair now run their own catering company, have created their own sauce range, The Saucy Sisters, star in a cooking segment on The Morning Show and have been announced as ambassadors for Sunbeam Australia. Killing it, much? Sammy and Bella sat down with Be to spill on their go-to brunch spots in Sydney.

1. Lox Stock & Barrel in Bondi
Bella: "I love Lox Stock & Barrel. They do this thing called Bowlarama and it’s just all different vegetables and fermented spreads and it’s really delicious."

2. The Nine in Bondi
Sammy: "They do a good beetroot cured salmon with this really tasty, herbaceous labnah and dukkah."

3. Yum Cha
Bella: "I love going to Yum Cha for breakfast. That’s the whole idea of Yum Cha, it’s for breakfast."

4. Cornersmith in Marrickville
Sammy: "The woman there, Kristen Allan, makes her own cheeses. I went to one of her cheese making classes and we made ricotta. She does the most beautiful buttermilk ricotta with this like neon green olive oil on it and nigella seeds and it’s amazing."

5. Three Blue Ducks in Roseberry
Sammy: "Especially good on a Sunday afternoon - they do Argentinian BBQ."
