If you’re someone who always falls victim to the 3pm munchies, here’s some good news: snacking on walnuts cut help cut down your food cravings.
The insight comes after a study looked into the eating habits of 10 adults with obesity. It gave them a walnut smoothie to drink every day for a week before swapping them over to a non-walnut smoothie for a second week.
At the end of the fortnight, participants reported feeling less hungry and in turn eating less, on the days the drank the smoothie with walnuts!
