The Sydney dessert bar has whipped together four flavours for the festive season and they’re sure to make your Instagram pop.
Xmas pear: Pear cardamom mousse with almond jaconde, poached pear + caramel.
Xmas cherry: Morello cherry mousse, cherry + chocolate ganache, fruit mince soaked in brandy.
Bauble tart: Fruit mince tart with brandy + spices, chocolate filling, speculaas crumb base. Chocolate bauble filled with cherry gel, fruit mince and tea dacquoise. Yum!
Xmas lemon: Citrus ganache, pineapple jam, lemon confit and Madeleine sponge.
Move over, regular mince tarts it’s all about these sparkly treats this Christmas.
