The one thing Pippa Middleton will never eat
It’s a delicious breakfast staple and kids’ favourite, but don’t try serving this treat to Pippa Middleton.
The newlywed socialite and sister to the future queen of England has been out promoting healthy breakfasts for school children, and says she’d never consider skipping the most important meal of the day.
She also refuses to eat pancakes smothered in sweet maple syrup and topped with bacon.
When asked what she’s never eat, the brunette replied, “Pancakes with bacon and maple syrup – that certainly doesn’t do it for me”.
“My usual breakfast is either plain yogurt with chopped fruit and toasted seeds, oats and nuts or toasted rye bread with eggs or avocado,” she said, according to iNews.
While it does sound like a nutritious and well-balanced choice, we’re sure a good, maple-soaked pancake every now and again won’t be the end of the world!
It remains to be seen whether Pippa will score an invite to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s big day in May, but who could forget how she pretty much stole the show at the last royal wedding.
It’s rumoured that Kate followed the Dukan Diet in the lead up to her spectacular wedding, and now royal watchers are speculating that Meghan is doing the same thing.
The Dukan Diet focuses on different eating “phases” with a focus on high-protein foods and oat bran in the early stages of the low-carb eating plan.
Health-conscious Meghan is known for following a low-carb diet plan anyway, telling Shape magazine, “I definitely try to eat as clean as possible.”
“I just try to avoid the things I know are going to make me feel lethargic or sluggish. I eat mostly just fish and veggies,” she said.
