  • 1 banana, peeled, frozen
  • 165ml can Trident Light Coconut Cream, chilled
  • 125ml (½ cup) skim milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon coconut essence
  • 1 teaspoon honey

  1. Put the frozen banana, coconut cream, milk, ice cubes, coconut essence and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into glasses. Serve.

Cut the banana into pieces. Put in a small resealable freezer bag and freeze for 6 hours. These jellies will keep, covered with plastic wrap, in the fridge for up to 3 days.
