50 ml bourbon
20 ml MONIN Passionfruit Fruit Mix
10 ml MONIN Mojito Mint syrup
12 mint leaves
2 drops Angostura bitter
60 ml Perrier
2 good sprigs of mint
In a shaker filled with ice, add bourbon, MONIN Passionfruit Fruit Mix, 2 drops of Angostura bitter and 12 leaves of fresh mint. Close the shaker and mix vigorously to release as much of the essence as possible contained in the mint leaves.
Open the shaker and add chilled Perrier. Fill a glass or a metal tumbler with crushed ice and double filter the mixture over the crushed ice.
