30ml of mint syrup
Put two espresso shots of Chocolate Mint and ice into a shaker and shake.
Froth the mint syrup with your Aeroccino or steam wand.
Put two scoops of ice cream in a tall glass, and then pour the content of the shaker, followed by the froth.
