Chocolate Peanut Butter Slice

Ingredients

Base:
1.5 cups Almond Meal
1 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Centre:
2 cups crushed Peanuts*
1/4 cup Rice Malt Syrup
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt

Chocolate Topping:
1/4 cup Rice Malt Syrup
1 cup Cacao
1 cup Cacao Butter

Method

Line a medium sized baking tray (approx 12cm x 16cm).

Warm Coconut oil into a liquid. Mix base ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Press into the base of the baking tray until the base is covered. Put the base in the freezer.

Mix Centre ingredients and press onto the base the return to freezer.

Heat Cacao butter and add Cacao and Rice Malt Syrup, mix throughly then poor over the slice base evenly.
Return to the freezer for 30 minutes before cutting.
